BAKE 310 - Modernized Classic Desserts Description This course introduces, builds and enhances proficiency with the tools, theory, trends and practical experience to prepare classic desserts and adapt those concepts into modernized versions. Topics include mise en place, storage, safe handling, baking methods and production. You will also explore the history of classic desserts.
