CDAB 310 - Data Classification 3

Description
This course builds on previous learning, and focuses on the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Health Related Problems, Tenth Revision, Canada (ICD-10-CA) - and Canadian Classification of Health Interventions (CCI)-specific coding principles as they apply to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), endocrine, nervous and male and female reproductive systems, mental health, injuries and drug complications and other reasons for hospitalization. Focus will be placed upon the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) abstracting principles as well as the use of the 3M Health Data Management coding and abstracting software.
