EMRG 200 - Respiratory Emergencies

Description
This course focuses on the pathology, assessment, and management of common respiratory illnesses and diseases. An overview of various techniques, tools, and medications used for managing adult airway and respiratory complications will be introduced. Attention will be given to reviewing the anatomy and physiology of the airway, the use of algorithms for airway management, managing upper airway abnormalities, and a review of managing specific clinical circumstances.
