BEVM 360 - Beverage Program Design and Management Capstone Description This course examines the various costs of a beverage program and how to use inventory management and program design to generate revenue. Topics include the impact of pricing on consumer behaviour, inventory management practices in the hospitality industry, menu design and strategies for maximizing revenue.
