MNGT 213 - Continuous Improvement Description Continuous improvement has emphasis within successful companies as they focus on efficiently delivering products or services to meet customer requirements. This course will outline the principles of continuous improvement and expose you to some of the tools and widely-used methods of continuous improvement. Topics include the concepts of W. Edwards Deming, quality assurance, total quality management (TQM), lean Six-Sigma methodologies, and ISO standards. You will also learn how to analyze processes; identify and design improvements; plan and implement change; identify the impact on human resources; and analyze the results and their impact on the business.
