Description
In this course, you will build on the lessons from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing course and take an innovative idea and bring it forward into a business reality. You will apply course material including change management techniques, design thinking concepts, risk evaluation and the steps to follow, when taking a concept from idea to reality.
