ANPH 206 - Anatomy and Physiology 1 Description This course introduces the structure and functions of human body systems, in preparation for advanced health sciences courses. Topics include anatomical terminology, fundamental organic chemistry, body regions and planes, and cells and tissues. Particular emphasis is placed on the gross anatomy of the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, and nervous systems, and the special senses, as well as their integration with various body systems and functions.
