INSP 233 - Engine Maintenance Fundamentals Description In this course, you will develop your skills in engine component inspection and maintenance, including techniques for determining component serviceability. You’ll learn procedures for inspecting compressor blades and get hands-on practice performing minor repairs, external inspections and fuel pump overhauls in accordance with OEM standards. The course also covers essential concepts, including gas turbine exhaust systems and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. You’ll also interpret technical documentation, apply safety procedures, and use specialized tools and equipment to ensure the reliability and airworthiness of gas turbine engines.
