TRBN 250 - Aeroderivatives
Description
Aeroderivative gas turbines are industrial gas turbines based on aircraft engines or a similar design. In this course, you’ll explore the systems unique to aeroderivative engines, how they are used in various industries and what they have in common with their aviation counterparts. You’ll also learn the differences in certification and maintenance requirements between industrial and aviation turbines, and you’ll examine the performance characteristics and maintenance requirements of aeroderivative gas turbine engines.
