DENT 281 - Clinical Dental Hygiene 1
Description
In this course, you will practice basic, educational and preventive clinical therapy skills in the SAIT Dental Clinic, including patient documentation. You will review general and oral health assessment findings, determine dental hygiene diagnoses, implement care plans, and adhere to infection prevention and control protocols. Additionally, you will evaluate clinical therapy outcomes and plan continuing care for patients, while maintaining the professional appearance and conduct required for a clinical setting.
