PHAR 280 - Pharmacology 1


Description
In this introduction to pharmacology, you will develop your ability to make safe, informed decisions. You will learn to recognize when medications calls for modification or postponement of dental care. You will examine the implications of complementary and alternative therapies to dental hygiene care. Working through case studies using practice predicament activities and class discussions, you’ll build your clinical judgement, interpret patient histories, and identify contraindications.
