PROJ 313 - Project Management

Description
This is an introductory course to project management fundamentals, based on globally-recognized standards and best practices. Real project case studies will be used to develop an understanding of how a project is initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed. You will create a project schedule and budget, as well as gain skills to being an effective team member on a project. By completing this course, you will understand the processes and information required to manage the scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, stakeholders, and teams of a project.
