WATR 350 - Water and Climate


Description
This course delves into the science of climate and its impact on water systems, focusing on how climate processes influence water availability, distribution, and quality. Students will explore atmospheric dynamics, energy balance, and the hydrological cycle, and examine how these factors are affected by climate change. The course also covers the science behind extreme weather events, such as floods and droughts, and the resulting risks to water resources.
