HOSP 360 - Hospitality and Tourism Management Capstone Description The capstone project is the culmination of all the academic and intellectual experiences gained in the program. It showcases the ability of students to apply and integrate areas of knowledge and skills gathered throughout the program in a cohesive manner. A capstone project involves more than just developing a solution; students are expected to put their work in context, demonstrate a clear understanding of a particular problem, identify various solutions with appropriate justifications, and then have their work critically evaluated. The capstone will allow students to make a real-world impact by working through real problems in the business environment.
