SCPT 301 - Creative Story

Description
Creative Story is an intermediate-to-advanced course that sharpens students’ storytelling skills for audio-first and multimedia environments. Focusing on writing that engages the ear rather than the eye, students will craft scripts for a range of formats including narrative features, branded content, and podcast productions. Emphasis is placed on tone, pacing, sound design, and creative integration of music to enhance storytelling impact. Through hands-on projects, students will develop original scripts that demonstrate an understanding of story structure, audience engagement, and production-ready writing for both audio and video-based media.
