Program Description
Develop your skills as an emerging business leader to help drive individuals, teams and your company to success with SAIT’s Leadership Essentials program. This program is designed to help you increase innovation and collaboration by developing new skills for managing the unique needs of individuals and teams. Sharpen your ability to integrate emotional intelligence, empathy and ethics into everyday problem solving and decision making, as you grow your management competencies in marketing, finance, communication, negotiation, conflict and change management. Through practical learning, real-life scenarios and case studies, you will discover and apply new ways of thinking and communicating as a leader. You will complete the program with the skills and confidence to positively influence the people you lead and ready to make an impact on the future of your organization.

This program is designed to assist supervisors and middle-managers to increase their productivity in the workforce as well as enable them to progress into senior level management positions.
