Program Description
Your technical expertise is critical to managing existing accounts and getting new sales. Increase your ability to work collaboratively with your customers through interactive, workshop-style courses focused on building core skills for technical experts in a sales or sales support role. Course Selection
Complete all the necessary courses to receive the credential or take only the courses that meet your learning needs.
Educational Laddering
These courses can be applied to further educational opportunities at SAIT. You can apply some of the courses to SAIT’s Applied Management Certificate of Achievement.
Convenient Scheduling
SAIT courses are offered on a variety of dates and times. The courses can be taken in any order and you can build your own schedule. The Program’s flexibility lets you start whenever you want, taking only the courses that meet your work and career needs.

Credentials
After successfully completing this program, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Job Grant
Note: This program is eligible for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant. Progression
You have up to five years to complete all certificate courses. You must meet the graduation requirements as they exist at the time you register for your first course (see AC.3.1.1 Grading and Progression). Admission Requirements
There are no entrance requirements for this program. You can begin registering for courses anytime by clicking a course name or calling 403-284-7248. Once you have registered for at least one course and have a SAIT student ID number, consider filling out and submitting the Program Declaration Form to the Office of the Registrar. Contact information for the Office of the Registrar is located in the upper corner of the form. |
