Description


Advancing welding technology and changing technical standards are creating a need for trained welding specialists. Welding engineering technologists not only understand the welding processes, but are also trained in quality control, welding metallurgy, codes, fabrication techniques, inspection, drafting and weld design. Some of the courses for the first and second semester in this program can be taken part-time before being accepted into the program. All admission requirements must be met prior to admission to the full-time program.
