Energy Engineering & Environmental Technologies

Program Description


Students in the Energy Engineering and Environment Technologies Program will gain hands-on skills and foundational knowledge in the areas of Environmental, Petroleum, Electrical, Instrumentation and Power Engineering as well as Environmental and Chemical Laboratory Technologies. Students will receive course credits in seven introductory courses such as Electrical Diagrams and AutoCad, Fundamentals of Petroleum Operations, Petroleum Testing, Workshop Practices, Electrical and Controls, Biology and Field Ecology, Water and Wastewater Treatment.

Progression


Students must attain a PGPA and/or a CGPA of 2.0 or better in each semester and pass the necessary prerequisite courses to progress through the program. To qualify for graduation students must pass all courses and attain a CGPA of 2.0 or better and complete course requirements within the prescribed timelines.
